The theme of the Great Royal Wife Tiye suddenly occured to me while randomly watching a film about egyptian tombs.
Tiye ruled besides her husband pharao Amenhotep III. She was the mother of Akhenaten and grandmother of Tutankhamun
I was fascinated by this extraordinary woman and started to imagine her life in music.
